Volt Athletics has been named one of the '100 Best Companies to Work For' by Seattle Business Magazine, for the fourth year in a row

Seattle, WA - December 20, 2021 - Volt Athletics has been named one of the '100 Best Companies to Work For' by Seattle Business Magazine, for the fourth year in a row.

The award is given annually to organizations within the State of Washington that focus on top-level employee engagement, recognized through anonymous employee surveys which are developed from years of market research. The annual awards rely solely on employee feedback to identify the organizations honored by Seattle Business Magazine.

“I'm thrilled that Volt Athletics has again been named one of Washington's 100 Best Companies to Work For,” said Dan Giuliani, Volt's CEO and Co-Founder. “Building a great workplace doesn't just happen; it takes energy, focus, and passion. I love our team at Volt HQ and am proud to work every day in service of their success.”

In 2020, Volt implemented a four-day workweek, giving employees the freedom and flexibility to manage their own schedules. This “Flex Friday” policy, along with a robust professional development program and an annual white elephant gift exchange party, are one of the many benefits that Volt employees get to take advantage of.

Volt is joined on the list by several other noteworthy Seattle organizations, including Edward Jones, Textio, and Amperity. Organizations are categorized into employee size of large (150+), mid-size (50-150), and small (15-49).

Seattle Business Magazine provides leading-edge content about Washington-based growth organizations and their executives. Winners of the award are featured in the November issue of the magazine. To view the full list, please visit seattlebusinessmag.com.
