Joe Eisenmann, PH.D Joe Eisenmann, Ph.D.

Head of Sport Science at Volt Athletics and is also a visiting professor at Leeds Beckett University and the University of Saskatchewan. He brings 25+ years of experience as a professor, researcher, sport scientist, and coach educator.

Scott Caufield Scott Caulfield

Director of Strength and Conditioning at Colorado College, overseeing 17 teams at both the NCAA D3 & D1 levels. Scott is the former Coaching Education Manager and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the NSCA.

Mike Caro-1 Mike Caro

Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Emory & Henry College, where he oversees the performance of a large NCAA D3 athletic department with 27 sports teams. Mike was also a coach at the University of Michigan.

Eric McMahon Eric McMahon

Coaching Program Manager at the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Eric joins us with over 15 years of coaching experience, including roles with the Texas Rangers and Milwaukee Brewers.
